Went down to Bow Creek Ecology park his morning... the weather was beautiful & it was great to finally go to it instead of watching it from the DLR Trains! You'd never believe that this place is in Canning Town... it's filled with beautiful creatures, nature and life.

It made me happy being in there today - so I stuck a huge Daisy behind my ear and kept on smiling.
